    CPS does not retain any of our clients information other than their name, address, phone number, and email. Information collected when an appointment is booked online. We use Genbook to schedule all of our
    appointments.

    NO. We do not disclose information to any affiliates or reputable third parties. Unless you provide us with written instructions to do so, or if are mandated by a court order to do so.

13. What About Legally Compelled Disclosure of Information?

    CPS may disclose information when legally compelled to do so, in other words, when we, in good faith, believe that the law requires it or for the protection of our legal rights.

14. What About Other Web Sites Linked to Our Web Site?

    CPS is not responsible for the practices employed by websites linked to or from our site nor the information or content contained therein. Often links to other websites sites are provided solely as pointers to information
